Meet Rachel Hyde, founder of Connection Consulting. She combines a degree in Agricultural Communications from Purdue University with marketing experience from large companies. As a mom, wife to a business owner, and farmer, she saw a need for small businesses to access affordable, tailored marketing strategies.

Rachel’s background in communications and experience in corporate marketing shaped her approach to help small businesses create authentic, impactful connections within their communities. With a passion for supporting local businesses, she founded Connection Consulting to make effective marketing accessible to those who need it most.

When not working with clients, Rachel enjoys time with family supporting her husband's business, volunteering in her community, and farming.
